The main parameters affecting the laser marking effect are:

1. Laser power supply current - control the laser power value of the laser output. The larger the current value, the greater the laser power.

2. Frequency - Control the peak power of the laser and the number of laser pulses per unit time. The larger the frequency value, the smaller the peak power and the more laser pulses per unit time.

3, graphics fill spacing - control the degree of solid inside the logo. The smaller the pitch of the graph, the denser the fill, the closer the graph is to the solid, and of course the longer the line, the longer the processing time. vice versa.

4, fill angle - control the direction of the fill line, determine the texture inside the graph. Common fill angles are: 0 degrees or 180 degrees; 90 degrees; 45 degrees; 135 degrees.

5, marking speed - control the speed of laser marking. It is the processing speed of the laser marking machine when marking - the speed at which the laser output is engraved.

6. Air speed - the speed at which the laser scans the frame of the graphic; the speed at which the laser passes from the initial point to the starting point of the machining.

The parameters that do not need to be adjusted frequently are as follows: The following effects mainly determine the line effect of the marking graphic, such as line sealing, filling and the coincidence degree of the hub, etc., generally the default.

7. Opening delay - the delay of the laser outputting the laser to the laser.

8. Off-light delay - The delay of the laser to turn off the laser.

9, corner delay - when the angle is greater than 135 degrees, the laser delay at the corner.

10, jump delay - the delay between the laser light from the light to the light.

     Laser marking is a marking method that uses a high-energy-density laser to locally illuminate a workpiece, causing a chemical reaction of the surface material to vaporize or undergo a color change, thereby leaving a permanent mark. Laser marking can produce a variety of text, symbols and patterns, the size of the characters can be from millimeters to micrometers, which has special significance for the anti-counterfeiting of products.

     Below I mainly based on my experience, the common metal and non-metal marking parameters are briefly introduced:

Metal: Generally speaking, the edge of the slow heat affected zone is not good, and the small edge of the fast heat affected zone is good. Therefore, for very thin metal sheets, fast marking should be used.

The following is a smooth surface and the reflection is not too high.

General effect, speed: 150mm / s - 300mm / s; special black, speed: 30mm / s - 50mm / s.

1. Cast iron - no special requirements.

2, the original color cast aluminum - hit white. Marked by semiconductor side pump marking machine, frequency 2KHZ, speed: 150mm/s-300mm/s

3. Alumina - black. Marked by a semiconductor side pump marking machine with a frequency of 4KHZ and a speed of 50mm/s.

4, stainless steel hit white: best to play twice, frequency 3KHZ ~ 5KHZ. Speed: 150mm / s - 300mm / s.

     Stainless steel black: Marked by semiconductor side pump marking machine, frequency 25~30KHZ, speed: 30mm/s-50mm/s, pattern filling pitch: 0.01~0.05, laser power supply current is large. Not suitable for very thin stainless steel sheets.

     Stainless steel color: It is marked with end pump or light laser, frequency is 20KHZ~60KHZ, and the power is very stable. It is 2mm out of focus, speed: 30mm/s-100mm/s, it can be played many times.

5, copper - using the semiconductor side pump marking machine marking, frequency 2KHZ, speed: 150mm / s -300mm / s.

6, tool steel alloy steel - using the semiconductor side pump marking machine marking, frequency 2KHZ, speed: 150mm / s -300mm / s.

7, the concept of deep marking:

Deep marking is the high-power laser irradiation to vaporize the surface material to a certain depth.

If the semiconductor side pump marking machine is used for marking, the laser must be selected by a small aperture diaphragm or a non-stable cavity. It is best to use a short focal length large window mirror marking machine.

  For example: alumina - frequency: 4KHZ, speed: 80mm / s, two-way filling: spacing 0.01, high current, 10 to 20 processing.

8, chrome-plated layer - using semiconductor side pump marking machine marking, frequency: 3KHZ, speed: 150mm / s - 300mm / s. Filling pitch: 0.08~0.2.

If the workpiece is flat, do not mark the target.
