        Regarding the format, many customers want to buy a large-format field lens, because he has to consider that his product is going to be very big. He also thinks that his product may be bigger next time, maybe he needs a larger format, for the long-term. Interest, so buy a large format. But you forgot a problem, the larger the format of the field lens, the larger the focal length and working distance of the corresponding field lens. The longer the focal length, the larger the laser focused spot will be. The same laser is distributed over a larger spot area, which inevitably reduces the energy density, resulting in a shallow marking depth. As we all know, the attenuation of laser energy in the air is very powerful. That is to say, the larger the focal length of the field lens, the greater the loss of laser energy, and the thicker and shallower the lines are. Therefore, the format of the field selection mirror must be selected the most suitable, not blindly seeking big.

       Third, about the focal length Under the same format conditions, due to the different design and processing capabilities of the major field lens manufacturers, the same range of field mirrors will appear, the focal length will be different. The wave laser believes that in the case of the same format, the shorter the focal length, the better. However, due to the design process, it is not possible to be infinitely short. Then we should try to make it as short as possible, because the short-focus field mirror is deep and the lines are thin. Another thing to note is that the shorter the focal length, the smaller the depth of focus, so the higher the flatness of the surface of the marked object, the more undulating or curved surface of the object is not suitable for playing with a field lens with a short focal length. . The focal length is long and deep, so that a slight undulation on the surface of the object is allowed, and it will not affect the marking effect too much. But we also have to notice that the longer the focal length, the smaller the energy density of the focus, the shallower the marking will be, so we should pay attention to the choice of a larger power laser.
